DPU110 Reversible Vibratory Plates
The most powerful center-pole guided vibratory plate on the market comes from Wacker Neuson, the specialist when it comes to compaction. Many sophisticated functions provide the pure functionality of the DPU110. The two-piece hood, with a frame made of steel pipe and screw-on steel sheets, provides good service accessibility. Its robust design is time-tested and proven in application and guarantees a long service life. HAV values of less than 2.5 m/s² provide operating comfort. Well below the documentation requirement, work can be carried out for an unlimited period of time. With the DPU110 and four other models between 80 and 110 kN, Wacker Neuson offers the most powerful range of heavy vibratory plates.
- Powerful, optimally designed vibratory plate
- Available in 2 widths: 870 and 970 mm
- Intelligent water-cooled engine for ambient temperatures up to 50°C.
- No documentation requirement thanks to low hand-arm vibrations (HAV) below 2.5 m/s²
- Available as a remote-controlled or alternatively center pole controlled version

Optimal compaction control with Compamatic
- Compamatic is a function in the EquipCare Manager connecting compaction control and Telematics
- The new function helps you to better plan construction site procedures and to ensure quality
- The compaction success of a machine can therefore be tracked within the EquipCare Manager from your desk at any time
- The Compamatic module (accessory for machines with compatec) is simply attached to the machine. It transmits the machine's location and compaction data to the EquipCare Manager via GPRS.

First-class compaction performance
- Individually controllable compaction performance, ideally adjustable to the soil to be compacted
- Water-cooled engine, optimally matched to the vibratory plate
- Sturdy base plate: very good travel rate for fast compaction with optimal results

Optimal dimensions
- Adapted to individual requirements: available in two operating widths, 870 or 970 mm
- Only 830 mm high: low design due to transversly mounted engine - ideal for operation in confined areas, such as in trenches

High operating comfort
- No documentation requirements due to hand-arm vibrations below 2.5 m/s²
- Very user-friendly: quick lowering and reset of the center pole via foot pedal
- Easy change of direction by turning the stirrup handle
- Intuitive controls, no training necessary
- All controls are recessed in the center pole head and thus protected from damage

Ecological and sustainable
- The water-cooled engine meets all emission regulations future-proof and allows operation at extrem temperatures
- Water-cooling provides extremely long engine service life even with long-term operations
- Way below the noise exposure limits - that protects the environment and operator

Safety
- Tie-down options similar to those of large equipment allow an optimal securing during transport
- The lifting eye is turned by 90 degrees and thus provides better protection of hood and center pole when being lifted.
- Center pole and control elements cannot collide with the excavator arm when being transported.
- Operator safety: If the operator releases the center pole the vibratory plate continuous vibrating but remains in place (on-the-spot vibration)

Intelligent equipment protection
- Black box allows communication between man and machine
- Operating displays provide information on overload protection and error logs
- Individual configurations possible
- Theft protection via PIN set
- Optionally available with machine overload protection or compaction control Compatec incl. machine overload protection.
